About Me

Monica was a student of the Alexander Technique for seven years before finally embarking on Alexander Technique teaching as a career path.

She is a member of AmSAT, the American Society of Alexander Technique Teachers.  

Studying the art of Alexander Technique since 2018

Monica regularly participates in international workshops annually to keep her skills as sharp as the best in the field.

Monica brings a lifelong passion for health, wellness, and the educational process to her Alexander Technique work. Trained and experienced as a Registered Dietitian and Waldorf School Teacher, Monica recognizes the value and necessity of personalizing the learning process.

Each student is an opportunity for new curiosity and collaborative co-creation. People learn best when they are calm, and even better when they are at play. And since this technique involves inhibiting undue tension, humor and joy are an important part of the lesson!
